ASHLEY LUCAS

Ashley is an honours graduate from the International Academy of Massage and is a registrant of both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and the Registered Massage Association of Ontario. With a strong understanding of content and application, respective to client care, Ashley seeks to understand the client's injury and help the client along their healing process with tailored massage therapy techniques and home care.

Holding two degrees, in business and health science - Ashley loves to learn and enjoys the diversity of the people she meets in practice; where no treatment or individual is ever the same. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, reading, yoga, and going on trails with her dog.

MARISSA ANNABLE

Marissa is a graduate from International Academy of Health Sciences in 2023. She utilizes her past experiences with sports injuries and personal training to properly evaluate clients to understand the nature of their injuries for the best treatment results. On her off time she enjoys spending a lot of time in the gym strength training as well as spending time with family and watching football.

DAPHNE DILLMAN

Daphne is a graduate of Trios College in 2025 who helps guide clients through their own customized treatment plan. Her practice includes Swedish and deep tissue massage, with a focus on stress relief and self-care. She also supports athletes and many others by using her Kinesiology BSc from Dalhousie University and her coaching background to help people meet their training goals and recovery needs.

In their spare time, Daphne enjoys swimming at the pool, expressing themself creatively through writing and cooking, and hopes to pursue teaching Massage Therapy in the future alongside her hands-on career.
