What is pelvic floor physiotherapy?

It focuses on the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues that support your bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs. When these aren't working as they should, it can affect daily life in ways people rarely talk about — but with expert care, these symptoms can be improved or resolved. Pelvic floor dysfunction is more common than you think, and it's treatable.

Conditions we treat

Evidence-based care, tailored to you.

Urinary incontinence & urgency

Leaking when you cough, sneeze, laugh, or run — and the constant urge to go.

Pelvic organ prolapse

Pressure, heaviness, or bulging in the pelvic area — assessed and managed with care.

Pelvic pain & pressure

Persistent pain or pressure that hasn't been explained or resolved elsewhere.

Pain during intimacy

Discomfort that affects closeness and confidence — treated with sensitivity.

Postpartum recovery

Perineal healing, core reconnection, and a safe return to activity after childbirth.

Core weakness

Diastasis recti, a weak or disconnected core, and pre/post-surgical pelvic care.
