Hannah Resch is a Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C), who completed her undergraduate degree in Athletic and Exercise Therapy from Camosun College in Victoria, BC (2020). Over the last few years Hannah has treated a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, both in the clinic and on the sidelines with local sport organizations in the Ottawa area.

Hannah is dedicated to providing a collaborative approach to care by utilizing a variety of manual therapy and hands-on techniques and crafting personalized exercise programs to correct muscle imbalances, resolve pain, and optimize overall function to get you back to the activities you love. Hannah’s goal as an Athletic Therapist is to not only assist in your recovery but also to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to achieve your goals and stay injury-free.

In her free time, Hannah can either be found at home with a good book, or doing anything in the outdoors from snowboarding/skiing and hiking with her dog Finley!
